Once you make a booking request, we will review it and send you a form regarding methods of payment. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in full before your arrival.

National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, send information about their IDs or passports. This is a mandatory Spanish Law (Barcelona/Catalonia)(,) and all legal touristic establishments are required to adhere to it.

After you confirm your booking with us we will send you a form with access to our Guest Portal, where you must fill out all the required fields by yourself (full name, date of birth, nationality, etc.).

In compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of personal data protection, and according to article 25.1 of Organic Law 4/2015, of 30 March, about protection of (the) citizen security, we inform you that, with the purpose of processing this document, your data will be included in the archive of SIP HOTELS of the Directorate-General of the Police. You may exercise the rights to access, opposition, rectification and cancellation before the person responsible for the archive, the head of the Directorate-General of the Police (trav. de les Corts, 319-321, 08029 Barcelona).

We aim to accept all bookings within 24 hours of the request being made and payment confirmation.

There are no hidden fees.
However, we do have some extra charges which you can find under each listing before you book the property.
1.All late arrivals are subject to the following fees:
After 20:00 hrs: 20 Euros
After 22:00 hrs: 30 Euros
After 24:00 hrs 50 Euros*
*All fees to be paid in cash upon arrival

2. Check-out is at 11:00. Any check-out after this time would be subject to a penalty deducted from the full amount of your deposit. This fee does not provide the right to extend the length of your stay.

3. Missing keys: Upon check-in you will receive a number of sets of keys that must be returned at check-out. Please make sure you don't leave the keys in the lock when you leave. In the unfortunate event of a missing set of keys, this will incur a fee of €120 or if a door lock change is required, in order to guarantee the new guests safety - a fee of €300.

Yes, since 2012, local Catalan administrations order that every tourist aged 16 and over is required to pay a small fee to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment in any area of Cataluña. This tax only applies to the first 7 nights of the stay. Tax is 5€ + VAT for apartments in Barcelona, which is 5,5 € per person, per night.
The hosts are responsible for collecting this payment upon arrival, so please make sure to have this money prepared for your check-in.

Sometimes a deposit must be paid according to the contract of each apartment. This deposit will be returned after confirming that the accommodation is in the same condition as when the client entered. If this is the case, the deposit will be refunded within the number of days following departure stated in the contract of each apartment. In the case it is not, and in any other circumstance, the refund period for the deposit will be subject to conditions of an inspection of the apartment and the deduction of cost of damage repair and/or replacement if needed.

If the cancellation takes place 30 days before the start of the stay, we will receive the amount corresponding to 25% of the value of all nights
If the cancellation takes place 29 to 8 days before the start of the stay, we will receive the amount corresponding to 50% of the value of all nights
If the cancellation takes place 7 days or less before the start of the stay, we will receive the amount corresponding to 100% of the value of all nights

Please notice that reductions in the length of your stay after the booking is confirmed are not possible.

Parking your car in Barcelona can be tricky as a lot of parking spaces exist but there are many drivers in need of these spaces too.
You will find two colors for the parking zones in the city center:
The green one. It is reserved for Barcelona residents during the week. You can still use this green park spaces but the price will be high and you won't be able to leave your car there for more than two hours. However, on weekends, it becomes free for everybody.
The blue one. You will have to pay between 9am-2pm and 4pm-8pm. Outside those hours, you can park for free but not for more than 4 hours.

To make it easier for you and reduce any type of risk ,we recommend that you check the webpage or download the app of Parclick (parclick.es) and reserve a parking space depending on your location and price criteria.

Check-in:
Regardless of the apartment you choose, check-in is done after 17:00.
Check-out:
The check-out is done until 11:00.
These times are based on a cleaning process that needs to take place in the apartment in order to prepare it for our next guests.

If an early luggage drop-off is available, your check-in manager should be able to confirm your request one day before your arrival. But keep in mind that this is a courtesy that is fully based on availability.

Before you decide to make a reservation with us, please read all of the house rules carefully. Those are detailed under each property listing. If we notice that your group does not conform to our house rules, your request will be denied. This being said, we will always try to offer an alternative to you - there is no need to worry!

Due to hygiene and allergy issues of our guests, it is not allowed to bring pets. However, guide dogs, hearing dogs and other similar service dogs are exempt from this prohibition. These can be brought free of charge and at any time, based on documentation.

ARRIVAL:
After having made a reservation with us, you will be informed about the check-in procedure. If you were to have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

DEPARTURE:
The only thing you have to do is leave all sets of keys given to you at the beginning of your stay on the dining table and close the door behind you. We will take care of everything else afterwards.

No, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and common spaces of the building.

If a guest smokes in the apartment a penalty fee will be charged.
