LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Security Deposit
In accordance with current legislation, once the reservation has been confirmed and prior to arrival, a security deposit will be required. The amount will range between €1,500 and the equivalent of two months’ rent, depending on the length of the stay.
This payment will be requested online via a secure link and will be duly registered with the public authority INCASOL.

Contract and Declaration of Responsibility
A contract outlining the summary and conditions of the reservation must be signed. In addition, the guest will be required to sign a declaration of responsibility stating that the purpose of the stay is strictly for vacation, and agreeing not to change this purpose during their stay.

Proof of Residence
In order to demonstrate to the relevant authorities that this is a temporary, vacation rental, guests will be required to provide documentation proving their usual place of residence. This may include utility bills (water, electricity, etc.) and/or a certificate of residence.

Identification Documentation
All guests included in the reservation must provide their passport details (or equivalent identification document) for registration purposes.
